This personal productivity training workshop gets to the heart of the time-management conundrum by addressing the root causes of disorganization with a few easy-to-implement skills and mindset changes.

Modules include

  1. Time management. Team members learn to focus, process email more efficiently, conduct more effective meetings and attend to the day’s most important items first.
  2. Information & task management. Participants learn ways to track responsibilities and apply a proven decision tree to new tasks so that they can keep moving projects forward. They also gain proven strategies to conquer duties without burning out.
  3. Prioritization. Participants learn to cut through the confusion that keeps them from prioritizing tasks. They also gain tools to deploy when they are feeling stuck.
  4. Project management. Teams gain an understanding of group dynamics and the personal systems that guide them. They also master two critical project mechanisms: ownership and clarity.
  5. Personality traits. Participants learn about the traits inherent within everyone that either contribute to or inhibit productivity. They discover how they might work with those traits — as well as around them.
  6. Psychological characteristics. Team members come to understand how life scripts embedded long ago can manifest in productivity barriers and dysfunctions in the workplace — and how they can re-write those tales.
  7. Following through. We prepare participants to make the necessary changes they need to be more focused and organized as they implement our productivity training.
